Ormer Capital was founded in September 2025 by Luke Gallienne, Adam Cox, and Andrew Willis.

Luke Gallienne
Luke has been investing since 2007 and has owned and operated consumer facing businesses in Guernsey and Mexico, giving him vast experience in understanding what truly makes a business tick. Luke holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Economics from the University of Exeter.

Adam Cox
Adam has worked in investment management since 2007, managing equity, fixed income, hedge fund, and multi-asset portfolios. Prior to Ormer Capital, he was a Director at a global investment bank. Adam is based in Guernsey. Adam holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham.

Non-executive directors:
Andrew Willis: Andrew is a non-executive director of Ormer Capital Limited and Ormer Capital Funds PCC Limited. Andrew is co-founder and Executive Chairman of The Pallinghurst Group, a leading investor in the metals and natural resources sector, with a focus on battery materials.
Matt Atkinson: Matt is the independent non-executive director of Ormer Capital Funds PCC Limited. Matt is Head of Stockbroking Guernsey at Canaccord Wealth.
